I’d give this a 10 out of 10 IF they elevator codes and the door codes without a 24-7 staffed desk was easier and the walls were pretty thin to hear noise. Otherwise VERY clean. Excellent location. Nice pool. Great layout and washer and dryer!!!

ENVOLVE VACATION RENTALS I had rented 8109 Santee Drive, Kissimmee, FL We we had arrived to the home there were ants, live and dead all over in the home. Cockroaches by pool. Most of the toilet seats were broken (3 or 4) and one would not flush. Garbage disposal broke, Ice maker did not work, Shower was clogged, 1 recliner broken and other was taped with duct tape to fix tear, garbage by pool and skylights in home were disgusting. Mattresses for beds (5 bedrooms total) were extremely hard and one had broken piping around it, which was sharp. I complained and they did come and sprayed and cleaned up ants and fixed shower that was clogged. Wish I would have taken pictures of everything. I guess the cleaning people SAW NOTHING WRONG when they were in to clean prior to our arrival. (OMG) I WOULD NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH ENVLOVE AGAIN. They would not refund anything to me because I did not take pictures of everything wrong. Very disappointed with home conditions and saved and traveled a far way to have this bad of an experience.

We ended up getting some kind of notes on us. My brother in law had to go to the ER. Spider bites. It swelled his eye shut. Other than that it was peaceful. A little pricey when you can get another place with the same things or even more. We spent $600 for 2 days. And I would have been just as happy at a regular motel. But it is quiet and good location but that was about it.

We enjoyed staying here. Secured entrance building. Nice pool and hot tub. Nicely furnished condo. But mostly—location, location, location! Its a 3 block walk to the Parkway and all it has to offer. A 3-4 block walk from Jason Aldean’s after an evening listening to music on the rooftop bar. Just a 5 min drive to the Roaring Fork Motor Trail where you are likely to spot a few bears.

We have stayed here three times in the last 10 years. The room we just stayed in was #111. Pros: 1. Location, location, location! It's a five minute walk to the parkway, Literally, No need to pay for parking on the *****. Not to mention the traffic nightmare. 2, Parking garage attached. 3, Pleasant staff. 4, Great room: two bedrooms. two baths. 5, Clean, 6. Common areas are very well kept, Cons: 1, This room's carpeting was in very poor condition, Stains every where. Very worn, 2, Master bed was saggy, 3, Trim work in desperate need of paint, 4. Wood furniture needs a stain pen taken to it. In other words, the condo is in a great location. It just needs some serious attention for the price paid.

Question: the free parking - how many spots were you able to use during your stay? We are trying to figure this out since we will be staying in a condo that sleeps 8 people. No information to contact the "front desk"

These condos are located within a 5 min walk to Gatlinburg *****. They were clean and comfortable, and the area is quiet. It is a nice place to stay with a full kitchen. There are two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a hot tub in the master bedroom. The only complaint I can think of is, that in order to fill up the hot tub enough to use the jets, you have to wait for the hot water heater to refill and warm up. If you enjoy Luke warm baths, then no problem.. I myself prefer the water to almost scald me 😂. I will definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here- will definitely be back again, the condo was clean and very comfortable, and everything to see and do in Gatlinburg is within easy walking distance- the only time we had to drive was when we headed to the park for our day hiking trips, by far and away the best place to stay in Gatlinburg!

Company not helpful at all. I booked room yesterday and notated during booking I needed late checkout. 1pm. It’s only for one night stay. Today I hadn’t received my confirmation email and I called and they told me it wasn’t available for late checkout because that room was already rented for the next day. I asked if there was room available that would have it. And he said I’d have to cancel my booking without refund (inside of 5 days when I booked room) and book another one. While I was considering this and was logging into cancel, he advised me about 30 seconds before I hit cancel button that he wouldn’t have any rooms available for late checkout. So i confirmed my 11 am checkout and he said no, that each location has a different checkout and mine is 10am. Not at all helpful. So now I’m stuck between canceling altogether and booking another room where I can catch up on sleep after driving forever to get here before getting back in car and driving further. I know it’s only few hours. But sleepy on road is bad idea. They shouldn’t have accepted booking if they couldn’t have accommodated my request. I won’t be back as it is.
